  • Fairy Cocoon

In darkened shadows they meet dancing on starlight with nimble feet. In treetops they swiftly fly where winded leaves sigh they gracefully lie After weeks of wooing and fine romance the two entwine for one last dance.

They start with a kiss that’s tart and sweet a hint of the bliss they find when they meet. Garments are shed without a care And they embrace in the chill night air. Soft skin shimmers in the faint light of the moon. Soft skin shivers making Fairy lovers swoon.

Whispered words are echoed through the trees and rumors fly between the birds and bees Of a union of love that rings so true and acts of lust that should be taboo. Graceful long legs curl around arms Colorful frail wings unfurl with round charms

Tangles legs and twisted toes cling to branches where flower buds grow Like spider’s silk a ring is spun it’s time now for this deed to be done Two forces collide and fate is sealed cries of pain and pleasure ring through the field.

Flesh enters flesh in a spiraling whirl their web is spun in a spidery curl No close could these lovers be when their wills are bound eternally. A capsule frozen still in time two souls become one pill on a vine.

Flesh enters flesh in a consuming mess weavers weave webbing in an ensnaring mesh For countless hours and seconds they lay together in bliss as they wait for the day They melt into a shapeless form to felicitate some new life born.

Till on the most beautiful day in spring When flowers bloom and all birds sing From the silver cocoon tiny Fairies are cast Into the new world alive at last. Thousands of tiny lights set free lighting up the night for me.

    The Wings of Night

    By; Autumn Audosey Augustus.

I tried on some wings tonight and found a way to fly away. Just where I got them I cannot say for even clowns and fools have secrets.

The sky shook as it took me into its realm and the clouds poured down their heavy rain to try and shake me down. But I just laughed and shook my dreads, then flew through chaos all over town.

The bats they flew right by my side while the strong wind blew and the ravens cried.

I flew to the place of haunted hills to see the ghosts and goblins play. They showed me their secrets of frightening thrills, and showed me to see in a secret way.

And when the night came upon the hour of the dead. The filthy bones of dead man's souls crawled out from the graves and to the night arose. Into the darkness I was thusly led.

Under droplets of rain we danced around I laughed and cried while they made no sound. Yet they brought out their jewels and magical tools. With their help my spell was cast and bound.

As we complete our rite such a magical sight cast down on our circle the light of the full moon breaking up the chill and gloom.

And in the dark and chilly black, unearthly howls sent the dead men back. Into the graves from which they rest with untold secrets upon their chest.

From there I gathered up my tools and strange unearthly magic jewels. Then I stretched my wings and took alight and flew into the silent night.

I cackled then as the rain poured round. For nothing now could keep me down. Till at the first dim rays of dawn, I landed nimbly upon my lawn. Then crawled in bed with a smile for I knew That my work was done for my will to come thru.
